Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Complimentary ground shipping is offered on orders over $500. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Made-to-order and personalized pieces require additional production time, noted on the product page.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Signature confirmation is required for orders valued over $1,000.
Customs & Duties (International)
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. E. Quiroz is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact contact@equirozenterprises.org within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter.
